UREA MANUFACTURING
Ideal for short to medium-sized production runs with low tooling costs and short development cycles, this technology offers the best capabilities for customizing caps, including the production of heavy, high-quality pieces.
RUBBER TRANSFORMATION
Virospack utilizes patented formula mixes specifically developed to meet the exacting standards of the cosmetics industry, customized for each order and client, ensuring optimal performance for both packaging and application. These formulas are mixed on-site under our supervision, guaranteeing 100% control over the materials used and the final product.
RUBBER INJECTION
With an expanded and modernized machinery park for the vulcanization process, we are capable of producing up to 150 million units completely customized. The product range includes bulbs and rubber massagers, each crafted from the most suitable materials (nitrile, butyl, and natural rubber) for their intended applications.
PIPETTE PRODUCTION
Virospack utilizes state-of-the-art pipette manufacturing machines and, coupled with our expertise, ensures the final quality of the more than 130 million units the company can produce annually. Additionally, the company integrates laser technology into this production process, providing high-precision cutting and ensuring adherence to the stringent quality control standards demanded by Virospack for its customers.
PLASTIC INJECTION
The modern facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art machines, complement the company’s extensive expertise in injection molding, as well as in mold design and development. In addition to working with conventional materials such as PP, PE, ABS, and TPE, our R&D team focuses on exploring and developing new materials to ensure each piece meets the desired technical specifications and aesthetic standards.
GLASS BOTTLE PRODUCTION
Tubular glass provides an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio along with exceptional clarity and dimensional stability. Virospack’s dedicated tubular glass processing area ensures optimal conditions for component transformation. Leveraging our extensive professional experience, this production method enables us to offer flexibility in adjusting height, diameter, and neck type to meet specific requirements. By utilizing top-quality neutral hydrolytic glass, available in transparent or amber, we ensure the finest finish. Moreover, Virospack has made progressive investments in new flexible production lines equipped with vision control systems and versatile stations, allowing us to manufacture a diverse range of vials in various sizes and capacities.
SCREEN PRINTING, PAT PRINTING & HOT STAMPING
The modern and well-equipped screen printing department at Virospack, featuring both organic and UV capabilities, enables us to provide customized solutions to brands. Whether it’s manual or fully automatic, we offer one, two, and three-color screen printing options. The company ensures high print quality that surpasses the requirements of even the most discerning customers. In addition to screen printing, the production section seamlessly integrates other techniques such as pad printing and hot stamping. This provides customers with greater versatility in decoration, allowing them to find the most suitable design for their products. With this comprehensive approach, Virospack boasts an annual capacity of over 50 million units.
METALLIZATION
Virospack incorporated the metallization line into our operations to meet the growing market demand for high-quality metallized finishes in cosmetics. Currently, the company operates two automatic metallization lines with a combined production capacity of 40 million pieces per year. Additionally, Virospack introduced a new sputtering line to further enhance the technical performance of the process.
PAINTING PROCESS
Virospack’s purpose-built electrostatic paint facility enables us to provide decorated glass in a variety of opaque and translucent colors, available in both bright and matte finishes. This process, along with the use of water-based paints, ensures compliance with paint industry regulations and, equally importantly, environmental standards. Additionally, we have recently integrated an aerographic spray painting line, allowing us to achieve any desired special effect on both glass and plastic surfaces. This includes gradient effects, pearlescent finishes, and the application of two or three coats using either conventional or UV curing methods.
ASSEMBLY
The assembly process is the final stage, where we assemble all manufactured components and conduct a detailed inspection of the droppers before they are shipped to the customer. The assembly plant operates a fully automated process, with robotic machines and artificial vision systems implemented to ensure the company’s quality standards. Thanks to our strong R&D efforts and the automated systems we have implemented in recent years, we have significantly increased our production capacity and versatility. This means we can assemble a wide range of different formats.

To ensure the complete compatibility of cosmetic formulas with droppers, we have a fully equipped testing laboratory available to all clients. Compatibility and functionality tests of the packaging can be conducted. The company can assess the suitability of component materials for each product and also perform decoration tests.
With over 95% of our products exported to all continents, the quality control department is well-versed in the requirements of the international cosmetic industry. We comply with international standards and adapt to specific customer controls to ensure they receive relevant technical drawings and analysis certificates. All components comply with Reach, and material technical data sheets are provided for each component.
